What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us: your name, email address, phone number, property postcode, whether you're a homeowner, landlord, investor or agent, the service you need, your description of the work, and any photos you upload.
When you send a partnership enquiry: your name, agency name, role, email, phone number, approximate number of managed properties, areas covered and your message.
When we carry out work: the property address, access arrangements, and contact details for anyone we need to arrange access with, such as tenants. We also keep quotes, invoices and payment records.
Photos: please don't include people, personal documents or anything identifying in photos you upload. We only need to see the work.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and quote for work. We use your details to take steps you've asked for before entering a contract.
- To carry out and manage the work. This is needed to perform our contract with you.
- To share job details with our contractors. Contractors only receive what they need to price and complete the job, such as the property address, a description of the work, photos and access arrangements.
- To keep financial records. We're legally required to keep accounting records.
- To improve our service and keep our business running properly. This is in our legitimate interests, and we balance it against your rights.
- To send marketing emails. Only if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- the vetted contractors carrying out your job
- service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, form provider and email provider
- our accountants and professional advisers
- authorities, where the law requires it
If you're a tenant
If your landlord or letting agent asks us to carry out work at your home, they may give us your name and contact details. We only use them to arrange access and complete the work.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't go ahead: up to 12 months.
- Client and job records: six years after the work is completed, for accounting and legal purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you
- ask us to correct it
- ask us to delete it
- restrict or object to how we use it
- ask for a copy to take elsewhere
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent
